Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen

Start your journey in Tangier and then make your way to Chefchaouen, known for its striking blue-painted streets and buildings. Spend the day exploring the charming town, wandering through its narrow alleys, and taking in the beautiful views.

Day 2: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

Depart Chefchaouen and head towards Fes, but make a stop at Volubilis, the ancient Roman ruins. Continue to Meknes, another imperial city, and explore its historical sites. Finally, arrive in Fes and settle in for the night.

Day 3: Fes

Dedicate the entire day to discovering the wonders of Fes. Visit the UNESCO-listed Fes el-Bali (Old Medina) and explore its maze-like streets, historic mosques, and vibrant souks. Don’t miss attractions like the Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque and the famous tanneries.

Day 4: Fes – Ifrane – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga Desert

Leave Fes and embark on a scenic drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Pass through Ifrane, known as “Little Switzerland,” and continue through the Ziz Valley, Erfoud, and Rissani. Reach Merzouga in the evening, where you can enjoy a desert experience and spend the night in a traditional desert camp.

Day 5: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges

Witness a mesmerizing sunrise over the sand dunes in Merzouga before returning to Rissani. From there, head to the Todra Gorges, famous for their towering cliffs. Continue your journey to the Dades Gorges, where you can marvel at the rugged rock formations.

Day 6: Dades Gorges – Roses Valley – Skoura Oasis – Ouarzazate

Drive through the picturesque Roses Valley and continue to Skoura Oasis, known for its lush palm groves and ancient kasbahs. Visit the well-preserved Kasbah Amridil before arriving in Ouarzazate, often called the “Hollywood of Morocco,” due to its film studios and scenic landscapes.

Day 7: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas – Marrakech

Begin the day with a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, an ancient fortified village. Continue your journey through the stunning High Atlas Mountains, crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon and take some time to explore the vibrant city.

Day 8: Marrakech

Spend a full day in Marrakech, exploring its bustling souks, historical landmarks like the Bahia Palace and Koutoubia Mosque, and the vibrant Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Don’t miss the opportunity to indulge in traditional Moroccan cuisine and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the city.

Day 9: Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat

Depart Marrakech and head towards Casablanca. Take some time to visit the Hassan II Mosque, the Corniche, and other attractions before continuing to Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Explore the city’s historical sites, including the Kasbah of the Udayas and the Royal Mausoleum.

Day 10: Rabat – Asilah – Tangier

On your final day, make your way to Asilah, a charming coastal town known for its white-washed houses and beautiful beaches. Enjoy some leisure time exploring Asilah’s medina and taking in the coastal views. Finally, return to Tangier.
